Congratulations! You’ve completed the intermediate module. You’re now familiar with all the configuration files for CodeQL, secret scanning, and dependency review, and you’re ready to integrate third-party tools into code scanning. You’re ready to tailor GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) to your organization’s needs.

So far we’ve only implemented GHAS at the repository level. In the advanced module we’ll show you how to create a central CodeQL configuration file that can be used across your organization. We’ll also dive deeper into supply chain security to help you get the most out of our tools.
